I've been looking at official parts in the library, and I have a few questions about the best practices when drawing parts.
Sometimes, designs on parts have noticeably rounded edges and corners, however on some parts the edges are sharp. In a design like the image below, would sharp corners (on the left), or smoothed corners (on the right), be more desirable, or is there no specific rule?
My other question is in regard to the edges of decorated parts. On parts like minifigure torsos and legs, is it best for the decoration to end just before the edges of the UV mapped area, or to extend fully across the decorated surface?
The answer is it depends
