How do you make a new project?

So I finished one of my projects, and I wanted to make another one, but I can't find a way to make a new set.
I am on Mac, so if anyone knows how to help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated.

File > New model
Is it the file in the top menu bar, or is it a different file?
