download not showing

i try to download the blender lite on 2.9.1 version but i click install zip and unzip but still not showing up

same thing is happening to me!! I also tried to download mecabricks on 2.91 but it is not working some please help i need this for my animation!!

Please post in this section of the forum for Blender related questions.
You shall unzip the archive downloaded from Mecabricks. The zip file of the add-on to install is inside as well as an install pdf.
