Uploading XML to bricklink
PumpkinPlayz started this discussion in Help and Tips

Hi im trying to build a Japanese tea garden and I spent some time making a small model on your awesome website. I figured out how to get the XML file after some time and get to the bricklink page and when I got there I ran into another problem.
The XML part said "Invalid File Format: Content is not allowed in prolog."
So I got rid of all the "-"'s and it said "The following items in the XML file are invalid or do not exist in the Bricklink Catalog.

Please fix the following errors:

Item No: 459oa"

So I found 459oa and don't know what to do.
Thanks for any help.

It looks like 459oa matches up to a Tap with a hole in the end. The Mecabricks part # is 4599v1.

If you look up the taps on Bricklink, you will see they have a 4599a tap with a hole.

I bet this is the part that you're looking for and whenever it was inventoried in Mecabricks it was a typo... 4599a vs 459oa. The keys are right next to each other.

I updated the Bricklink reference name for this part so it should work better now.

Thanks guys!
