Blocks glitched

My blocks are glitched and it makes it so the moving arrows stuff that you hold on to move a block is outside of the block you cannot see where you are putting your block and its basically just broken

sadly idk how to post a screen shot so if somebody lets me know ill show it speaking of which im gonna go to the tips and help forum
