How do you install blender advanced?

I tried to install the blender advanced .py files but they wouldn't search up when i searched in blender so i couldn't check the box to enable

Unzip the archive that you download from Mecabricks. Inside the folder you will find a PDF, a blender file and another zip file. This is this zip file that you shall install in Blender. The step by step procedure is explained in the PDF.
