Part unable to load?

So I created a custom decal for the "trophy" part (9039😎 but the part won't load after I input the ID in configuration :<

I tried other pieces like the standard minifig head and a 2x2 tile which worked.

Is this a glitch?-

Far from all parts have been converted to the new part system which enables custom decorations. You can see which parts are converted in the library, they have the number 2 in the corner of the main part icon.
