I L I V E I have returned from the Meet, the 4x400 the 4x800 and the high jump I didn't do amazing at, I tried my best but hey, its how it works out.

the 400 however,
now God was helping me with that one for sure.

there were BEASTS on the track, HUGE they looked as if they were in highschool, one of them HAD A BEARD.

anyway, how the race went was I took off, somehow at top speed, was in the top 4 the first place dude was OUT OF THE PARK, as well as the other 3 people, I made my legs somehow speed up, and the space between us got less, and less, until it was just me and the 3d place dude going as fast as we could-
suddenly, he started slowing down,
I sezed my opertunity and with the last remainders of my energy I crossed, the line and came 3d (which is epic btw cus if I mentioned this dudes were HUGE)
Coach told me that I took 7 seconds off my time O_O
