So, I think you guys know, but I'm signed up for Track, and today we had a timed mile run, so I went, I ran, I nearly vomited, I did a 1 mile run in 7 minutes EXACTLY

I think 1 mile is slightly less than 2 kilometres . . . just trying to figure out an equivalent in Australia . . .
I'd like to do running, but I'm really no good at it because I find it really hard to breathe in long runs.

@Fireblade Running is despicable 😂, sprinting is fun 😉. Anyways, great work... that's probably better than I could do... maybe... I'm not certain though 😂. I'm involved in a father son group, and the last time we did a physical fitness test I opted out, because my back was terrible >_<. I NEED to get that FULLY fixed.

I'm actually writing a story about me and some real life friends getting mixed up with other realms... and I'm loving it 😂.

I’m a good runner, but I have trouble with breath control, too.

@Wiz Hey! I'm not sure how I do with breath... I do have a heart murmur though... and so if I'm overdoing things and not drinking enough water, it can cause my heart to race like crazy.
