@Dragon... in the words of Mylo Hatzenbuhler, "Well, I don't look like it."

@Op
Great picture!
What type of camera did you use?

@Greenie
"deader than doornails". 😆

Greenie: Um . . . I know that staying up past your bedtime can be eventful, but that's impressive.

D_R: Thank you very much!

Snap: My mom's phone camera. She has a Google Pixel 3A, which has a pretty good camera for a phone.

When all you're doing is sitting in a closet, with the door open, and a box fan blowing directly into that small space... yet you're still sweating... you know it's summer in Texas, and that your AC is broken O_O

Oofles

Oof.
Hope your AC gets fixed soon!

Greenie: Having your AC broken is a terrible plague. 😅 I hope you get rescued from your temperatural problems as soon as possible!

The only AC I use is the car's. My parents fear that turning on the AC in our home would ice up some plumbing (which did actually happen to my former neighbor's house).

yeah... We live in a Victorian house that was built somewhere around the 1800s and it is cool all year long 😆 we practically have natural AC

Texas doesn't have natural AC systems... but we do have a heater!

Just like Arkansas.

So, we left off with Ethan and I flying through the air on a pair of nuclear missiles.

"I just wish Mommy could tuck me in bed one last time," Ethan wailed, forgetting the fact that his mother hadn't tucked him in for 6 years now, and he hadn't thought about it since. He was obviously loosing his mind with fright.

"Just hold on," I said calmly, "the pizza will be here shortly."

As if in response to my statement, and striking dark blue and red masked figure, adorned with a very small cape, came flying through the air with a box of pizza.

"Pizzas here fellas!" He shouted triumphantly, "since you're taped up at the moment, would ya like me to baby feed you?"

"Nokay," Ethan said through some sniffles, to the strangers satisfaction. He began stuffing pizza in our mouths faster than we could chew.

"So, where are y'all from?" The tone in his voice was perky, yet slightly distracted, he appeared to be afraid of hight's.

"Texas!" I said, "and Ethan here is from Massachusetts."

"No I'm not!" Ethan retorted.

"No matter," the newcomer winked, "I'm the world famous super hero, ***Invisible Man!***"

"Cool, can you turn invisible?"

"Yeah, but people can still see me when I do it."

"Oh, that kinda stinks..."

"Yeah, but it's still just as special as if they couldn't!"

"I guess," Ethan said slowly,"but..."

"But what?"

"But why the small cape?"

"Don't mock my cape! My grandmothers sister made it for me when I was only three years old! Very special, and important. Anyways, now that y'all have had your share of pizza, is there anything else I can do for y'all?"

Ethan and I looked at each other, and then around and the surroundings. Suddenly Ethan perked up, remembering something very important. "Yes," he said quickly, "there is an itch on my left middle toe, can you scratch it?"

"Why certainly!" Invisible Man said, pulling of Ethan's shoe at the very moment. The force from the air motion was very strong, and with it's greedy personality whipped the piece of footwear our of the hero's hand. "Oh that's stinks," he shook his head sorrowfully, "we won't be seeing that one again."

"Yeah, but at least you can itch my toe."

"Ah yes, now old still." With his pointer finger, he began to scratch the tip of Ethan's toe. And then, with a bow and a swoop, flew away after much praise and thanks had been given.

"He was nice," I said with a grateful smile.

"Yeah, now we need to figure out how to disarm these explosives. If only someone with flying powers could just fly over here and help."

"Yeah, but people can't fly."

TBC!

Greenie: (said gravely) This is your best story yet.

Clearly I should spend more time with you guys.

@Operator Thank you! I know it will change most everyone's lives 😉

Cake: Yeah, it would be awesome... imagine all the things that could happen! You might even find yourself deciphering complexly easy codes on the back of cereal boxes!

@Greenie: Way Ahead of ya on that one!!

Cake: 😄

Hi guys, so yesterday we went to the Harry Potter studio in Watford! (I don't what everyone's opinion on harry potter is but I thought it was epic, so i'm just going to talk a bit about it)
