There's only so many ways to pose arms. It's not that big a deal, IMO. Especially since it's his only model.

Is it normal for my renders to take 10 minutes to make?

The other day, I had one that took a few seconds under 40 seconds.

My animation renders take 12+ hours, so I think yeah.

Nothing happened though...

Nothing happened? Hmmm. It could be in a different file folder on your computer.
