Hey Lax, in my experience, it's best to also use lamps for the blaster flashes, just at smaller sizes, and lower brightness. Also, switch on the denoiser if you haven't already - it's in a little tab with cycles (Open Image Denoise). It'll clear up the render quite a bit and get rid of that dastardly noisiness 😃

And one more thing... try using some DOF as well! Actually, two more things. Don't get used to using too many HDRI's. Just experiment with the first, basic studio light, and use you 'L' tab selection to do the rest. Area lights, regular points, sun, and spotlights work wonders! When you're getting more experienced, try volumetrics.
