How to re-organize items inside of folder.

Is there a way i can manually re-order items that are in folders?

Workshop or models in your library?
Models in my library.
You can move them from folders using drag and drop or Cut/Paste tool, but you can not change the order. It is the alphabetical order.
And in the Workshop?
