How do I design custom prints in this softwear? I saw a video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jWKvpJseHno) saying that you can but I don't know how and where.

You will need to make a separate decoration file in a graphic software, for example Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape(free) and then you can add the file to a part(that have been converted to the new part system) and in that way make a custom designed part.
