In my last couple of renders I have encountered a kind of lens distortion with chromatic aberration. The effect is accidental. Have I triggered some kind of setting in the camera or render settings? I've looked for the cause, but can't seem to find it.
The effect is quite beautiful, and might be useful in future projects.

I the compositing tab, you changed the value of the dispersion setting. Set it back to 0.
You can just update your image without re-rendering. Project > Composite
Value shall generally be set pretty low e.g. 0.01
