All I can say is if I almost got bitten by a shark... I'd probably hate the ocean after that... 😕. I'm kinda in weird situation... I LOVE the ocean, literally, I think it's the coolest thing on earth... however, at the same time... I'm terrified of it. It's the same with sharks... I love/hate them.

I have never surfed in my life... but... I have driven a tractor 😆

I can paddleboard, boogieboard, and (not very well) skateboard, but I can't use a surfboard to ride waves.
