@O011 It has just been insane... we have had three people say they are going to make an offer... and then drop out. One of those actually came back the other day for a third showing, said they were going to make an offer AGAIN, and we have heard nothing. Yesterday we were going to get a showing at 7:00, and my mom asked our realtor to make sure they were coming... because we were going to have to reschedule our entire day, and it was confirmed. So we spent all day cleaning, mowing, blowing, weed eating, etc... left, spent probably about $100 dollars on fast food, and came home to find out that the people had decided to not come, but their realtor had forgotten to cancel it. 😲 I am genuinely not happy... 😕 and that is just part of all the mess we are experiencing 😂
