How do I turn off notifications??

I keep getting notifications whenever someone comments on a post that I also commented on. It's not my post so I have no urge to hear about every comment other people have made..

Currently there is no feature to unfollow a post It's on Scrubs ToDo list to update the whole forum but I don't think it will happen tomorrow...
