How to download all animation frames?
NathanR2015 started this discussion in Mecabricks Render Farm

Just rendered a 300 frame animation, is there any way to do a single batch download of all the png frames, instead of downloading each frame individually?
Or is there some setting I missed that would merge the frames into a video, e.g. like a gif file?

Yes, use Download in the project drop down menu

I will try to build a tool that creates a preview video in the future.

Ah, can't believe I missed that. Thanks!

Hi so I made a small animation and rendered it but saves as a PNG how do I make it into a video?

You can use Blender to assemble the frames.

@NathanR2015 How can you render 300 frames on mecabricks?

I’ve run into the same issue when dealing with large frame exports—it’s such a pain to download each PNG individually. Honestly, I usually look for tools that can batch process or merge frames into a video or GIF, but when it comes to quick downloads, I rely on something like Savepinmedia or a similar tool to download from Pinterest to see how batch downloads are handled. It doesn’t solve the animation problem directly, but it gives me an idea of tools that handle multiple files efficiently.

Manually downloading references is a huge time-sink. For anyone sourcing LEGO inspiration from Pinterest, I highly recommend using PinloadAPP It’s much faster than web converters and grabs HD videos instantly. Great for streamlining your workflow!

For anyone using Pinterest for LEGO inspiration, check out this Save pinterest download . It grabs HD videos instantly and saves me so much time when gathering project references. Definitely worth a look!
