I can open this model in the workshop and the player. Make sure that you have the latest version of Mecabricks (clear browser cache).

Cleared browser cache but only had similar results except that it took longer to load the error message.

Can you open it in the the player or the workshop or none of them? Just in case, can you state your hardware, OS and browser. But if I cannot reproduce the error I won't be able to do much.

Okay. I looked over the model. I can see it in the 3D viewer, but not in the workshop.
My computer's Operating System is Windows 10, and I use Google Chrome.

Ok so I tested out the model on my younger brother's computer which is newer and I can open the model, albeit if I logged out.

On your own computer, when you are logged out, can you open this model in the workshop? (Reload the workshop after you log out).
