I've completed the decorations for set no. 75958 and have the decorations ready for submitting but the pieces are not updated. Where should I submit the textures for review or is there a thread to request updated UV maps so the decorations can be submitted? Thank you.

It is currently not possible to submit decorations for parts that haven't been upgraded.

No, not at the moment. You shall wait until it is available. There are still thousands of elements in the queue. It can be a bit frustrating but there is so much I can do. It is much more likely to happen if it is a common and widely used element.
