The chemical beakers (Called flasks in the dashboard). The solid colored ones work, but the ones that are, say, half colored don't.

Aah yes. They have not yet been updated to the new system. Partly transparent non-transformed parts have that problem. You will have to wait until Scrubs updates the part.
