The mecaface add on doesnt work in blender,

I bought it and mecaface just wont import into blender as an add on, is it maybe bc I have blender version 2,83,1 how do I fix this.

The addon is definitely working so it might just be a little thing that you forgot to do.

You are not the only one using this add on and it works for all the other customers. I am sure it will be quickly fixed if you provide the information in the thread I stated above.
