Emissions, don't work on parts it should?

I have looked through all the settings I could find but could not find the problem, there are parts in my model that have the emitting color but don't emit...I am baffled. (the parts it doesn't work on are 46413, 2437, 43093, and 62462. I have it them all on transparent red.)
