If you use a piece in the "Transforms Input" Node, e.g. to get its location, and then you delete the piece, it is removed from the part list but remains on screen. It cannot be removed or interacted with. If you save your model and refresh your browser then it disappears. Saving, closing and opening the model doesn't work unless you refresh so I think it must be a cache issue.
