Mecabricks on YouTube

So I've seen that Mecabricks is allowed to be used on YouTube, but my question is, do the models you use for your videos have to be your own creation, or can you use someone else's if they have made their models public?

For models not depicting official LEGO sets, you shall ask creators first. Ownership is not transferred to Mecabricks and remain the property of the creators.

Thanks. What about for models of official LEGO sets or mini figures/parts of official sets?

The design belongs to LEGO not the person who built it on Mecabricks and it falls under the fair play policy.

Ok that makes sense. Thanks for the answers Scrubs. It was very helpful.

So is what I put in the description of this video fine or am I missing something? I credited Mecabricks and I put a disclaimer but I just wanna make sure lol 😆
