Mecabricks for online design course?
jshewell started this discussion in Community

I am designing an online design course and I want to have students buildings using legos. The course has to be self-contained. I am wondering if it is okay to somehow get the mecabricks workshop html and other code to embed in my online course. I want the students to be able to share their designs with each other, but not make them public to the world. Is there a way to do this under current licensing?

Hello,
Mecabricks is free to use for non-commercial applications. Generally for schools it is also not an issue.
It is currently not possible to share private models between accounts however, it is possible to have one account open on multiple computers at the same time if it helps. If you have more questions, you can get in touch with me using the email address available in the footer of this page.
