Can you save decals from Mecabricks?

I want to take some face decals and edit them, but can't figure out to save the decal from Mecabricks. It is possible to do so?

With new system parts when you go to the part info it gives you the option to download the textures. Otherwise you can export the parts you want as collada; the textures will be in the folder you download.
