Are we able to create custom bricks like make new molds LEGO never made before? Also I don't understand on how to make customs prints to apply it to torsos. Can you explain where it is and to use it? I don't understand how.

When rendering if you download it does it mean you paid for it because i'm worried i paid for it when i downloaded it and i'm on a school computer
