Orange Starburst on Thumbnail

So, I have not found a search for the forums. Sorry if this has been covered, but 28 pages in this subforum alone...

When I search in the Library, many results show a starburst with a 1x1 brick in it in the top left of the thumbnail. What does that mean?

They are models selected by admins to go in the special library and are also displayed on the front page.
