Suggestions for where to buy Lego pieces?

Does anyone have any suggestions of where to buy any Lego piece you want? The Lego website is not that good because it's missing a lot of parts, like the outer cables and electric pieces.

I don't know if you were on Pick a Brick or Bricks and Pieces but Bricks and Pieces has a way better selection.
