How do you install Blender Lite?

I have been trying to install Blender Lite but the instructions that came with the program look outdated, could someone please tell me how to install the program with the current workshop.

You need to download Blender to install the add-on, https://www.blender.org/download/.
The add-on have nothing to do with the workshop in Mecabricks.
