I was attempting to make a couple blaster bolts for my latest story peice, and I could only move the laser 3 ways. No matter how many times I rotated it, I could only go left and right, up and down, and forword and backword. It messed up the lasers and I couldn't figure out why.

Make sure you're using local and not global coordinates to move in your rotated direction. Shortcut to switch between them is V.
