What do you mean by "saving to your photos"?

I mean is there any way to save a picture of your finished project to your collection of photos on your device, like an ipad or computer.

Do you mean a rendered images? If it is what you mean, yes. Download the image which is contained in a zip file and extract it. I often do it on my iPad.
