So I was on this site a few days ago and I could open different models just fine into the workshop. But now, I'm trying to follow the tutorial "How to Make LEGO Animations in Blender - Part 1 | Importing Models" from Youtube and I'm getting an error when it gets to the importing a model section. The error that comes up is:
Error: End of data reached (data length = 0, asked index = 4). Corrupted zip ?
I am unable to view any models in the Mecabricks.com workshop, 3-D view, or editor.
Is Mecabricks temporarily down?
A reply as soon as possible would be nice! Thank you anyone in advance!
Mecabricks is working fine for me. Can't help you with your error, I'll leave that to Scrubs...
Hm... ok Thank you though!
P.S. to my original post, I think it might have something to do with the post by zachfox19 on 6 Feb 2020, 04:48.
Addition to original post.
Scrubs, since one of the models was created by you, maybe you can help. I want to download 10224-1: Town Hall using the method used in the tutorial mentioned above. Surprisingly, a few moments ago I was going to try to download it one last time and I was able to get the set to open in the 3-D view on meckabricks.com. But the moment I tried going into Editor, the error popped up again: "Error: End of data reached (data length = 0, asked index = 4). Corrupted zip ?" Any help Scrubs? Thank you so much. I'll be going off until Mon so if I don't reply to anything before then... Thanks so much again! - Yacove
The model is opening fine for me in the player and the workshop. Just post your browser and operating system here.
I cannot really do much more.
Thank you for the help. It's opening just fine now today. I have no clue what my problem was. Maybe the site was just having connectivity problems at the time I was looking. Thank you so much again Scrubs! - Yacove
