Blender Lite not showing up on add-ons list

I installed blender lite correctly, however, the step to click the square to activate add-on isn't doable because of a bug I believe. The add-on itself doesn't show up on the list of installed add-ons. Any help will be great. Thank you.

It is unlikely to be a bug as the latest version has been already installed hundreds of times. Make sure that you unzip the archive downloaded from mecabricks and then install the zip file inside. If you are still in trouble please post here the Blender error log. That will be the easiest way to sort it.
