Groups aren't moving

For some reason when I select multiple bricks it doesn't allow me to rotate them with the arrow keys.
Is this a bug or just an update?

I've also noticed groups are no longer behaving appropriately. Shortcut keys have no effect on them. Hopefully it gets resolved soon.
