Removal of unnecessary edges in the project with no bug

Hi there!
I have an issue building my projects in mecabricks webform. I dont know how to remove unnecessary edges in the project. when I am trying to change the Threshold value the element is totally disappearing as same as many of them (PIC 3 https://imgur.com/NBGv64Q

Please see the pics:

with no edges as required PIC 2 https://imgur.com/hOpqJC2

So all my projects are required to be as shown perfectly on PIC 2.

That is not possible. Mecabricks doesn't display outer edges so you will always have issues with round elements.
