Click & Drag issues

Something's up with the Workshop's select option. When I try clicking & dragging, it goes to far & the snap option isn't helping. This is a serious problem.

Please post a short video or images describing the problem. also state your operating system and browsers. That will help to understand and fix if there is an issue.
