Can you change the color of prints, or dual molded pieces?

Scrubs, is this a feature, and if not, will it ever become one?

Yes, this is a current feature. It’s only available in the developmental workshop, though.
Not for prints.
As mentioned by InterBrick it will be possible soon for dual moulded elements.
