If you use chrome, make sure that you have the latest version. Previous release had some connection issues.

I was rendering my new LEGO Ideas project idea, and I exited out of the screen before it finished rendering, and now it says that it is uploading and won't let me render. What do I do to fix this? Thanks!

This may sound weird, but I actually just figured it out! I just needed to render something before the render button turned off, now it works fine. Thanks though.

The render button stays dark and unclickable for me.

• I'm using the latest Chrome. Reloading the page makes no difference.
• I've got $10 in my account, but clicking to use credits doesn't make any difference
• There's no indication of error or what is missing.

@chicks There has been an error on the rendering server. I trust your issue was solved when I restarted it the other day.

I can't render because when I click on the button, it says "Alert! Please check render settings."

It means that due to the settings you selected you must use credits to render. Fields are highlighted in red.

I can't render. The button just stays dark. I'm using firefox. It's my first render today. Why can't I render?

I Am trying to render something and the render isn't Highlighted, also it shows Offline.

I am using the latest Chrome, says "Offline" in the corner, and there is no indication that I am doing anything wrong. The render button remains unhighlighted even when I refresh the page. If this is not a problem on my end, would this be able to be fixed in the next 12 hours? Thanks.

@LEGOminis_0.1 Render doesn't happen on your computer. Data is sent to the Mecabricks servers to be rendered. Offline means that these servers are not accessible either because they are turned off - error or maintenance - or because they cannot be reached - connection issue.

Got it thanks. So if I find a computer that doesnt say Offline in the corner, I can render?

Can you fix the non rendering some how?

Good evening from the US, Scrubs! It's been a while since we've last communicated. Firstly, I apologize for the rudeness of my response to you when I was having issues with the ads here on Mecabricks. I've found a solution for my problem, that being an ad-blocker that reliably takes care of the pesky ads. Once again, I give you my sincere apology.

Secondly, I experienced a problem with the rendering feature in the workshop tonight. For some reason, even though 3D Rendering is online, the "render" button is shaded, and I'm unable to render my models. Is there something that I can do to correct the issue? I've got a problem, I'm trying to render, and I have been rendering a model for 1 hour, but nothing happens, I tried multiple times, but yet nothing, could someone explain why this is happening?
Edit: It also stays on "awaiting building".

@CustomFigsCZ Last night, the same thing happened to me when I first tried rendering my model. I clicked "render", and no progress was being made, despite the fact that the 3D Rendering service was "online". From there, I made attempts to try the rendering again, but I couldn't even access the "render" button.
