How to make something 2 colors?

Hello, I am very new to mecabricks, and I was wondering, how do you make an object 2 colors? (such as the hair with the headphones) Thanks in advance

That is currently not possible in the workshop.
A new part system I am working shall be deploy before the end of the year and will allow this.
