I was wondering how I could make certain bricks glow in blender. For example, pieces resembling fire or lava. How would I make them glow red or orange like in real life? Is there a way to do this in blender or do you have to do it in mecabricks first? Sorry if this is a noob question, any help would be greatly appreciated.
legohero7711,
I don't know much, but I know that if you want to make a transparent brick glow, you can go to 3D Modelling Tab. Then look to the right where it says Lighting, Floor, and Background. Make sure lighting is selected. once it is selected, scroll down to emission, set the material to the transparent material you chose for the brick and set the strength. Then render it, and it will be somewhat glowing. Or you can just add a small light where you want it to glow in Design.
