Chrome not showing coloring pannel?

Please help, I use Google Chrome on a laptop and the coloring window on the right isn't appearing. I have no idea what to do, and it's delaying my progress for making models.

There are already probably a hundred posts about this issue here 😉 your browser zoom shall be set to exactly 100%.
