Rotating a part (73200a489) with the arrow keys, makes the part jump around.

EDIT: Minifig legs do not have edges. EDIT2: fixed after re-adding the part.

Thanks for the report and screenshots. I will try to reproduce it. I made a lot of changes in the way the workshop is working in the background so there might be a few glitches until everything settles.
