"Mistakes" on references for decorations

If you are creating a decoration for a printed part and the Lego Designers have forgotten to fill in an area, or a line is missing in a continuous pattern, or part of the decoration is slightly off-centre, then should this be replicated in the Mecabricks decoration?

If it is a production issue no. If it is a design issue yes. For example, colour layers not perfectly aligned or print off centre are production issues. If a line is missing it is probably a design 'error'.
