Missing UV map

The UV map for part 85863 is missing from the Google Drive. I have searched through the the Drive multiple times and done a search for it, but it is definitely not there.

It is because it doesn't exist. Not all elements have a uv map. They are created on request.
Is there a designated thread for requesting them?

Because 19981 is an assembly and not a part.
