How about a "scene selector" for the (Brickset) viewer? For example: a TECHNIC set has a B model, with the scene selector you could easy switch between both 'models'. Another example, my TLM2 Pop-up Party Bus: folded and unfolded. Those modes can only be seen when the model is opened in the Workshop and the groups are shown/hidden.
That's a good idea! I have also thought about this "problem" with sets that can change shapes. Not sure about how to solve it though, hope Scrubs can come up with a solution for it... 😃
That would be great but not too sure yet either especially because it would be used only for a handful of models.
Could be, but it can be used for every TECHNIC and Creator 3-in-1 model (A, B, sometimes even C model), and sets with multiple modes. Houses: open/closed. NINJAGO: transformed model/non-transformed. Maybe even combination models: think about the combination model from Ultrakitty and Emmet's Escapr Buggy, think about the older BIONICLE combination models. I think it can be used more often than you think right now.
