Part 4531 missing rotation/snap point

Part 4531 is missing a rotation/snap point at it's hinge.

Parts with a "Black Background" icon are legacy parts that have not been updated yet - mesh and metadata. They are are slowly disappearing as I rework them. 4531 is one of them.
