The LEGO Group send me the latest xtra polybag during the Xmas break for review.
This bag numbered 40341 is the sixth one of the series. This time it focuses on sea accessories. Not really any new elements here but the selection is quite interesting especially for the price tag. I believe it is sold for $3.99 in the US or 3.99€ in Europe from what I have seen on the online LEGO shop.

The only 2 pieces I had to make for Mecabricks were the shell and the treasure map.
The shell was a real pain, but I also use the opportunity to update the older version of 18866 named 30218. Both versions are very similar but they are now all available in the Mecabricks part library. As a bonus I also modeled the open version for both.

I think I will use the content of this polybag to complete the Old Fishing Store Store which I bought for Xmas before it was retired.

Awesome! Cute little set. It's great to see more and more parts added to the library.
Do you have a pile of parts on your desk that still jeed to be modelled?

It is never ending! I have a pile on my desk that grows faster than what I can complete and cartboard boxes on the floor full of unopened sets... These are all stuff that I bought myself so I may slow down a bit 😉

I can understand! Could you perhaps show the pile of parts? I'm quite interested to see which modelling projects lie ahead.

I don't really have modeling projects as such on the contrary of coding. I try to keep this task fun and entertaining as it could quickly become a burden. It's not because parts are on my desk that I will make them. Some have been here for years and others just went through in a few days.
